Website Terms of Use

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at www.climatetab.com and its subdomains (the “Website”), operated by ClimateTab, a product of Three Pillars Consulting (“ClimateTab”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the public Website only. Use of the ClimateTab software platform and its customer data is governed by our Terms of Service, Terms of Use (Customer Data) and Service Level Agreement, and by any subscription agreement you have with us. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website to learn about ClimateTab, contact us, request a demo, apply for a role and read our content. You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, its administration area or any connected system;
• interfere with the Website’s operation, including by introducing malicious code, overloading it, or bypassing its security checks;
• use automated tools to copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Website, except for standard search-engine indexing;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

2. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, characters, the 3AI owl, interface designs, logos, the ClimateTab name and software code, are owned by or licensed to Three Pillars Consulting and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Website without our prior written permission.

Names of standards, frameworks, stock exchanges and other organisations are used for reference only and remain the property of their owners. Their mention does not imply that those organisations certify, accredit or endorse ClimateTab. Client names and logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.

3. Information on the Website

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but its content is provided for general information only. In particular:

• dashboards, figures, charts, conversations and other examples shown on the Website are illustrations using simulated or example data, and do not represent real customers or results;
• features marked “coming soon”, “future release” or similar are planned and may change or not be released;
• pricing shown on the Website is indicative and does not form an offer; the terms of any subscription are set out in a written quote or agreement;
• content on the Website does not constitute legal, financial, technical or environmental advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice on your specific circumstances.

4. 3AI assistant and AI-generated content

The Website includes 3AI, an assistant powered by third-party artificial intelligence services, and some articles or images on the Website may be prepared with the help of AI tools. AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Please verify important information and do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into the assistant. Messages you send to 3AI are processed by our AI service provider to generate a response.

5. Information you send us

When you submit a form on the Website (for example a demo request or a job application with a CV), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We use it to respond to you and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Forms are protected by security checks to prevent abuse.

6. Cookies and local storage

The Website uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage that are needed for it to work, for example to remember your light or dark theme preference, to keep a form’s security check valid, and to keep administrators signed in. Third-party services embedded in the Website, such as the 3AI assistant, fonts or security checks, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

7. Links to other websites

The Website may link to websites operated by others, such as Three Pillars Consulting, LinkedIn or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those websites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and security

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice. While we take reasonable steps to keep the Website secure, we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors, interruptions or harmful components, and you are responsible for protecting your own devices.

9. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClimateTab and Three Pillars Consulting exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Website, and will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
